Trick Training Workshop Fancy teaching your dog some new tricks and building your teamwork at the same time? This two–hour trick workshop is all about having fun, building confidence, and giving you clear, practical ways to teach tricks at home. We have two guest trick trainers, Sarah Ellis & Carol Lincoln, so you’ll have two instructors on hand to help. That means plenty of individual support and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone can progress at their own pace. Key Details Date: Saturday 15th February 2025 Duration: 2 hours Group size: Maximum 10 dogs Price: £45 per dog and handler team Who this workshop is for... This workshop is ideal if you: Want to try something fun and light-hearted with your dog Have a dog who enjoys food or toy rewards Would like ideas to keep your dog mentally busy over winter Want to build confidence, body awareness and focus in a positive way You don’t need any previous trick training experience, just a dog who is happy to work around other dogs at a sensible distance, and a handler ready to have a go. What we’ll cover... Across the two hours, you’ll work through a selection of tricks tailored to the dogs in front of us. These may include: Simple tricks such as paw, spin, bow, middle Fun little sequences and combinations Ways to break tricks down so your dog understands How to use tricks in everyday life to build focus and engagement What to bring: Your dog on a flat collar or harness and normal lead Plenty of small, soft treats your dog loves A favourite toy (if your dog enjoys playing) A mat or blanket for your dog to settle on when resting Poo bags and water for your dog Class Guidelines Attendance: Only registered dogs may attend. Leads: Keep your dog on lead at all times within the grounds. Designated Walking Area: Walk dogs on lead only in the designated area. Clean Up: Please clean up after your dog and use the provided bins or take poo bags with you. Behavioural Concerns: If your dog barks or lunges at other dogs or people, please contact us to discuss 1-2-1 training to prepare them for the class environment.

Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
