Tracking Workshop - 3 Hour Session Our Tracking Workshop welcomes dogs and handlers of all levels, providing personalised training tailored to your dog's current abilities. Workshop Highlights: Personalised Instruction: Tailored guidance based on your dog’s experience level. Foundations & Beyond: Learn to recognise and follow a track, with options to advance to more complex skills. Benefits of Tracking: Mental and Physical Exercise: Tracking is mentally stimulating and physically demanding, making it an excellent workout for your dog. Stress Reduction and Happiness: Sniffing releases endorphins, promoting relaxation and happiness in your dog. Strengthens Bond: Tracking builds trust and communication between you and your dog. What You Will Learn: Target Scent Identification: Teach your dog to follow a specific scent. Nose-Down Tracking: Train your dog to stay focused on the track. Indication on "Evidence": Advanced teams learn to alert on items found on the track. What You Will Need: 2 x Marker Poles (Don’t worry, we can supply these if needed) Flat Collar Comfortable Harness Long Lead Favourite Treats and Toy Dog Bowl & Water Poo Bags Workshop Guidelines: Theory Session: Leave your dog in the car during the initial discussion. Leash Requirements: Keep your dog on lead at all times on the grounds. Designated Walking Area: Walk dogs on lead only in designated areas. Clean Up: Dispose of waste in bins provided or take it with you. Behavioural Concerns: Contact us if your dog struggles with barking or lunging.

Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
