We'll guide you and your dog through the fundamentals, building confidence and understanding in a supportive environment. 🏆 For Progressing Teams: Ready to take your scent work to the next level? Sharpen your dog's skills, tackle new challenges, and enhance your team's performance with advanced techniques and exercises. Discover the joy of working as a team, uncovering scents, and watching your dog's natural abilities flourish. Come join the fun and let's get those noses to work! Eligibility This foundation class is open to all dogs, regardless of breed or age. No prior obedience training is necessary. What to Bring Flat Collar or Harness Lead: Non-retractable, no slip leads. RED Kong: Required for the target odour work. High-Value Treats: Your dog’s favourite treats to reinforce positive behaviour during training. Toy or Reward: Your dog’s favourite toy or reward item to use during training. Dog Bowl & Water Poo Bags Class Guidelines Water and Bowl: Please bring your own. Attendance: Only registered dogs may attend. Leads: Keep your dog on lead at all times within the grounds. Designated Walking Area: Walk dogs on lead only in the designated area. Clean Up: Please clean up after your dog and use the provided bins or take poo bags with you. Behavioural Concerns: If your dog barks or lunges at other dogs or people, please contact us to discuss 1-2-1 training to prepare them for the class environment.

Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
