ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
