UK Dog Sport Progression Novice & Intermediate 2-Hour Training Class Limited places available. Designed for teams who have completed foundation training, this class helps dogs and handlers continue developing their UK Dog Sports skills through varied, rewarding training. Combining obedience, scentwork and agility-style exercises, each session focuses on improving precision, confidence, teamwork and reliability in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your goal is competition or simply enjoying training together, there's always a new challenge to work towards. 📅 Course Details Day: Saturdays Time: 10:30am–12:30pm Location: Carmarthen Showground Duration: Ongoing 5-week session booking blocks Cost: £125 A relaxed coffee break halfway through each session gives everyone the chance to chat, share ideas and enjoy being part of our friendly training community. 🐾 What You'll Work On * Heelwork and handler focus * Recalls and retrieves * Sendaways and distance work * Stays and impulse control * Search squares and scentwork * Jumps, tunnel and agility obstacles * Competition skills and exercise chains * Proofing and progression exercises ✅ Suitable For * Dogs working at Novice or Intermediate level * Active dogs who enjoy learning * Handlers wanting to progress their training or compete **Please note:** This class is not suitable for beginners or reactive dogs. Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
