GROUP CLASSES

PUPPY/BEGINNERS CLASS

The early stages of puppy/doggy parenting are so much fun, but you may have a few challenges too. Our Puppy/Beginner Class runs The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme (KCGCDS). We will help you learn and gain confidence teaching your new pooch essential life skills in a positive, kind and effective way.

The course will cover:​

• Focus

• Socialisation

• Handling & grooming 

• Come back when called

• Sit/stay

• Stop pulling on lead

• Leave it and more...

IMPROVERS CLASS

A great follow on class from the Puppy/Beginner course. We will coach you in teaching your dog essential life skills whilst working towards The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme (KCGCDS) Bronze Award.

This course will cover:

• Walking on Lead

• Control at Door

• Control Amongst People and Dogs

• Stay for 1 Minute

• Recall and more...

Training achieved through fun obedience and games you and your dog will love. 

ADVANCED (KCGCDS) CLASS

Our Advanced Class runs The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme (KCGCDS) Sliver and Gold levels. It aims to build upon the skills learned in the Novice Class whilst increasing the level of difficulty. The Sliver/Gold Award is a natural progression of practical dog training skills and introduces new concepts that aim to provide handlers with a good knowledge of understanding of training their canine companion.

The course will cover:

• Controlled greeting 

• Road walking

• Send to Bed

• Vehicle control

• Off-lead heelwork and more...
