1-2-1 Training Sessions Whether you've brought home a new rescue pup or want to teach your old dog some new tricks, our 1-2-1 training sessions are personalised and tailored to meet your dog’s specific needs. These private sessions provide focused attention to help you and your dog overcome behavioural challenges and achieve your training goals. We Can Help With: Pulling on Lead Recall Jumping Up Toilet Training Crate Training And More... Our experienced trainers will work with you to address these issues and more, creating a customised plan that suits your dog’s unique personality and learning style. Session Details: Location: Sessions will take place at one of our training venues in Carmarthen. Pricing: £60 for a 1-hour session or book a block of 3 sessions for £150 (a savings of £30). The block of 3 sessions is valid for 3 months. What You Will Need: Flat Collar or Harness Lead: Non-retractable, no slip leads Muzzle: If needed Selection of Favourite Treats: Moist treats like sausages work best Favourite Toy Dog Bowl & Water Note: Perfect Fit Harnesses, Training Leads, Toys, and Treats are available for purchase at the training venue. Important Information: If your dog is reactive towards people, please contact us before booking a session so we can discuss your needs and ensure a safe and effective training plan. Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
