The Missing Shipment ClickStart Sniffer Dog Team Trials 2026 Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th September 2026 Carmarthenshire | £200 per team | Two-day event A consignment of exceptionally rare vintage wine has vanished while in transit. Its value? Enough to make its disappearance very interesting indeed… The police have already searched the last known location and recovered the obvious evidence. Now they need the dogs. This year's Sniffer Dog Team Trials become a two-day crime investigation, combining scent detection, teamwork, problem-solving and a few surprises along the way. Saturday – The Investigation The investigation begins at the Savoy Country Inn, where your team will tackle four search areas in and around the pub. Your dogs will be tasked with finding what the initial investigation has missed, while the humans have a job of their own. Each team will receive a confidential case file containing evidence connected to the disappearance. Between searches, study the evidence, piece together what happened and see if you can solve the case. What you uncover will lead you into Day Two… Sunday – The Final Mission The investigation continues at Carmarthen Showground. Your dogs' noses will unlock the clues, but it'll take the whole team to solve them. Search. Investigate. Solve the clues. Complete the mission before time runs out. Our main target odour is Red Kong. Working on something different? Tell us when you enquire and we'll see if we can accommodate you. Entry – £200 per team Entry includes the complete two-day event. Cancellation Policy
ClickStart Dog Training – Booking Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online. If you need a payment plan, please contact us before booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee to cover processing and preparation costs. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice. If you or your dog are unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may offer to transfer your booking to a future course or session at our discretion. If your booking starts within 14 days of purchase, you agree to waive the statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If weather conditions or other factors make training unsafe or unsuitable, we may postpone a session. Any affected classes or events will be rescheduled, not refunded. If a course is cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be offered a transfer or full refund. Only kind, science-based or ethical training methods are permitted. Harsh handling, shouting, lead jerking, or the use of aversive tools (such as choke chains, prong collars, spray collars or rattle bottles) are not allowed. Please do not bring dogs who are unwell or contagious. Dogs who have received the kennel cough (bordetella) vaccine should not attend for three weeks after vaccination, as it is a live vaccine. By booking, you accept responsibility for your dog’s behaviour and safety during all training sessions. ClickStart Dog Training accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property, dogs, or persons.
